We are joyful, powerful and utterly unforgettable! We love making our couple’s dreams come true on their wedding day, with voices and presence that make the ceremony one that everyone talks about for years to come. Formed in 2011, we’ve sung at hundreds of church ceremonies, civil ceremonies, outdoor weddings and destination weddings. Our aim is to provide you with excellent service, listening to your individual needs, whether it’s religious or non-religious, a Christian wedding, Jewish wedding, Indian wedding, humanist wedding, Sikh or Hindu wedding.

Over a decade of experience in making church and civil ceremonies exceptional mean we are the experts to turn to for a smooth and stress free run-up to your wedding. Many couples hire the Get Gospel Choir for their drinks reception and evening reception, accompanied by our pianist, live band or bespoke backing tracks.

What we can do on your special day…

The Ceremony: 

Our all-inclusive price for your ceremony means you can choose as many songs as you’d like, but if you need some guidance most of our couples choose the following:

• Up to five songs before or after the ceremony (that’s around 15 to 20 mins)

• The processional (bride’s entrance)

• 2 or 3 songs during the signing of the register

• An optional performance song

• Leading any hymns

• The recessional (couple’s exit)

Our tremendously talented pianist is also a church organist with over 20 years of experience who can play any traditional hymns or pieces you have chosen. And if space or time to set up is an issue, we do sing a Capella, un-amplified, no problem. Read more here.

The Drinks Reception: 

Enjoy up to an hour and a half of soul and gospel tunes at your drinks reception, either backed by our fabulous pianist, a capella or with backing tracks.

The Ceremony and The Drinks Reception:

Why not have a thread of beautiful music running throughout your whole day, and have us perform at both parts of your wedding! We can offer you a special combined discount package if you’d like to book for both your ceremony (as detailed above) and your drinks reception (for 1 hour).

The Evening Reception:

For a gospel and soul vibe in your evening reception, our four singers will take you through Motown, 70s soul, 90s rnb, 00s garage, and land you in house gospel choir style. Choose either backing tracks or our 3 or 4 piece band for two hour long sets.
