Weddings and receptions
The wedding ceremony
How better to encapsulate the happiness of your wedding day, than to hear gospel voices singing ‘Oh Happy Day’ during the signing of the register? Get Gospel’s vibrant performances before, during and after the ceremony create an uplifting, soulful, and yet relaxed atmosphere. They add colour into the church or civil ceremony, and fun to your service. You may even want us hidden in the congregation to surprise your spouse as you leave the church!

What we offer
The Ceremony: Get Gospel will sing as the bride walks down the aisle, in the signing of the register (two songs), as the bride and groom leave as man and wife, and leading the hymns. Our tremendously talented pianist is also a church organist with 15 years experience and would be happy to play for any traditional hymns or pieces you might like to have.
The Prelude: Get Gospel will sing up to 20 minutes before the bride arrives.
The Mingling: Up to 30 minutes outside the church as guests are mingling and photographs are being taken.
The Drinks Reception: Up to an hour of soul and gospel tunes at the drinks reception. This can either be with our fabulous pianist or as an ‘a cappella’ set, walking about among guests.
