Surprise performances • Flash mobs • Proposals • Compact & mobile
A chance hear what voices can do on their own, and figure out if the singer can really sing! After Pitch Perfect, Pentatonix and of course, the gospel greats Take 6, a cappella is becoming increasingly popular and it’s understandable. Not only is it impressive to watch, it’s also mobile and technically easier than having instruments… which makes it very conducive to a flash mob or any moving event.
We have produced a number of flash mob marriage proposals including the London Eye, Primrose Hill, Sorrento, even one in a wood! (Check out our post with our top tips.) Flash mob corporate events and parties, including Tiger’s 500th store opening, birthday breakfast concerts, and Christmas work parties, plus wedding appearances and christenings… anything that you need as a complete surprise works best when it’s a cappella.
If you have a lot of guests at your event, you can book a roaming team, to entertain people across a larger venue or outdoor site. We can also use a bluetooth speaker at these events to utilise our entire repertoire list. We have performed for sport and running events such as NFL at Twickenham, Cancer Research Winter Run and RunThrough in Victoria Park.
If you have a small event, a cappella is perfect – no PA to set up, easy interaction between us and the guests and the opportunity for the surprise entrance.
Whether it’s one song, ten songs or up to 90 minutes, a cappella is a stunning way to entertain and astound your guests. Book 4 or 6 singers for your event – visit the Hire Us page for more info!
“Hi Jules, thank you so much for all your help. A big big BIG thank you to all your crew! They were amazing and she didn’t know a thing! Thank you so much once again and hopefully see you in the near future!”
Vishal, marriage proposal on the London Eye, Nov 2014
“Jules thank you so much for bringing a wonderful bit of Christmas cheer to our offices. I have been inundated with people loving it.We didn’t win. There was a desk behind us that had done masses of origami penguins and a big bear head all hand crafted and they won unfortunately but we were definitely the talk of the town.”
Flo and Becs from Karmarama, Best Decorated Desk Competition, Ad Agency, London, Dec 2015
“I just wanted to say thank you for all being so breathtakingly fantastic! I was so happy when I saw you all and all my nerves disappeared. You made my evening. I’ve always loved that sounds and to finally hear it at my party really took my breath away. I’ll never forget it.”
Carla, 50th birthday party at Hever Castle, Oct 17
“I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU! From us two birthday girls & on behalf of my family & friends. Yesterday, you made a small evening of pottery painting into a fantastic night of singing, dancing & clapping along! It was an amazing surprise from my boyfriend Tom Woody Sadler – he knows how much gospel means to me & my mum. Thanks again”
